Can I upgrade my account at any time?
Yes! You can start with our free package and upgrade anytime to enjoy premium features.
How will I be charged?
Our billing process is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. When you purchase one of our premium or business plans, you will be charged for the first month in advance. After that, you will be automatically charged on a recurring basis either monthly or annually (depending on the plan you choose) using the payment method you selected during checkout. This means you don't need to worry about manually renewing your plan each month or year, as the process will be automated for your convenience. If you ever need to update your payment method, simply log in to your account and make the necessary changes.
What happens when I delete my account?
Once your account has been deleted, your subscription will be canceled and we will wipe all of your data from our servers including but not limited to your links, traffic data, pixels and all other associated data.
Can I get a refund?
We appreciate your interest in our premium and business plans. All fees and subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription on the same day that you sign up will not initiate a refund. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
